Paul Curtis Artwork 2017.
A quick movie to capture some of the paintings I did this year, mainly in Liverpool. It was a year of 2 halves really, the pivotal point being "For All Liverpool's Liver Birds" (the wings). I have done many big murals since then, including Everton Football Club Subbuteo, Circo Monkey, Baltic Market Beatles, Evolution of Man, The Coffee Plant and Liverpool's Landmarks at Liverpool Shopping Park.
Thanks to everyone who supported me this year. I hope to do many more pieces in 2018! Wishing you every success and happiness for the coming year!
This large EFC Mural was commissioned by Everton to celebrate the 1995 FA Cup winning team. However, there is a twist, namely that the footballers are actually represented as plastic Subbuteo figures.
The four players represented are Paul Rideout, Neville Southall, Daniel Amokachi and Graham Stuart. They are painted at real scale although the goal posts are at 90% (due to the spacing of the metal struts).
The purpose of the street art is part of Everton's scheme to enhance the whole match day experience (especially for kids) and increase the club's visibility in the 1 mile radius of Goodison Park.
I hope the fans like it!
A fabulous high quality, limited edition print of the famous "For all Liverpool's Liver Birds" mural. The mural was painted by Paul Curtis on Jamaica Street in Liverpool and was an instant hit with locals and tourists alike. It took on many nicknames, such as "The Baltic Wings" and "The Green Angel Wings." This would make a great gift for yourself or loved one!
The print measures 16" x 12" and is displayed in a simple but stylish black frame (measuring 21"x 17" (approx.)). It will be hand signed and numbered by the artist and comes complete with a certificate of authenticity.
The print is on high quality photographic paper and has a lustre finish. The wings are spot coloured with the surrounding wall in black and white. This producing a vibrant and striking version of the mural.
