This new addition to the Liverpool ONE shopping space was a new format of art for Paul, but one that was overcome and safe to say a great success.

Shoppers will find this one on the corner of College Lane/ Manesty's Lane, across from Waterstones. This artwork re-imagines the building as a huge water tank, complete with a giant octopus lurking on the sea floor.
